Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 July 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit, browse or purchase from the Unfiltered Still Here website.
Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Unfiltered Still Here. “You” and “your” refer to the person visiting our website or purchasing from us.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms should be read alongside our:
-
Privacy Policy
-
Delivery Information
-
Returns & Refunds Policy
-
Cookie information
-
Size Guide
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
1. About Us
This website is operated by:
Legal name: Jessica Price
Trading name: Unfiltered Still Here
Business address: 17 West End Avenue, Pontypool, NP4 8LH
Email address: support@unfilteredstillhere.com
Website: unfilteredstillhere.com
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we sell our products.
Our products are produced and dispatched with the assistance of third-party printing and fulfilment partners, including Inkthreadable.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Store
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.
A person under 18 may browse the website or use our products only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
-
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
-
The information you provide is accurate and complete
-
You are authorised to use the payment method selected
-
You are purchasing for lawful purposes
We reserve the right to refuse service where we reasonably believe that a transaction is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or contrary to these terms.
3. Website Information
We try to ensure that all website information is accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that every description, image, price, measurement, stock indication or other item of information will always be completely free from errors.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update website information at any time.
Where an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
4. Product Descriptions and Images
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.
Product photographs and mock-ups are intended to provide a realistic representation of the finished product. However, minor differences may occur because of:
-
Screen and device settings
-
Lighting in photographs
-
Product materials
-
Garment colours
-
Printing methods
-
Manufacturing tolerances
-
Natural variations between production batches
-
The size or shape of the selected product
-
Minor differences in print placement
These minor variations do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law.
The scale of a design may vary slightly between different garment sizes so that the design remains proportionate to the product.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Most Unfiltered Still Here products are printed or produced after an order has been placed.
This made-to-order process helps reduce unnecessary stock and waste. It also means that production time is required before an order can be dispatched.
A standard product featuring one of our existing designs is not necessarily a personalised product solely because it is printed after you place your order.
Products created using your name, photograph, wording, design instructions or other individual specifications may be treated as personalised or custom-made products.
6. Product Availability
Products, sizes, colours and variations are subject to availability.
An item shown on the website may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed because of:
-
A stock shortage
-
A supplier issue
-
A product being discontinued
-
A manufacturing problem
-
A website or stock-management error
Where we cannot supply a product, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where available. You will not be required to accept an alternative product.
If no suitable alternative is accepted, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.
7. Size Information
Sizing can vary between garments, products and manufacturers.
You are responsible for checking the relevant Size Guide and selecting the required size before submitting your order.
Measurements are approximate and small manufacturing tolerances may occur.
Selecting a size that does not fit as preferred is normally treated as a change-of-mind matter rather than a product fault, unless:
-
We supplied a different size from the one ordered
-
The product was incorrectly labelled
-
The measurements differ materially from the published information
-
The product is otherwise faulty or not as described
Please read our Size Guide and Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering.
8. Placing an Order
To place an order, you must:
-
Select the required product and available options.
-
Add the product to your basket.
-
Provide accurate billing and delivery information.
-
Select an available delivery method.
-
Provide valid payment details.
-
Review the order before submitting payment.
You are responsible for checking:
-
The product
-
Size
-
Colour
-
Design
-
Phone or device model
-
Personalisation information
-
Quantity
-
Delivery address
-
Email address
-
Other selected options
Please correct any errors before completing checkout.
9. Order Acknowledgement and Contract Formation
After you place an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it.
This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we accept your order by sending confirmation that the order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, depending on the order process used.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product is unavailable
-
Payment cannot be authorised
-
The price or product information contains an obvious error
-
We suspect fraud or unauthorised payment
-
Delivery cannot be made to the supplied address
-
Personalised content breaches these terms
-
The order appears to be for unlawful or unauthorised resale
-
We cannot fulfil the order for another legitimate reason
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will issue an appropriate refund.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
Because products can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a request to change or cancel an order can be completed before production begins.
We may be unable to change:
-
The product
-
Size or colour
-
Printed design
-
Personalisation
-
Delivery address
-
Delivery method
-
Other order details
Your legal cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
Genuinely personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights once the order has been accepted or production has started.
Standard, non-personalised products are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
11. Personalised Products
Where personalisation is available, you are responsible for checking all submitted information before placing the order.
This includes checking:
-
Spelling
-
Names
-
Dates
-
Punctuation
-
Capitalisation
-
Photographs
-
Image quality
-
Design instructions
-
Other customer-provided content
We will normally produce the personalisation using the information supplied with the order.
An error contained in information that you submitted will not normally be treated as a manufacturing fault. This does not apply where we fail to follow the instructions you supplied.
We may contact you where instructions are unclear, but we are not responsible for identifying every spelling, grammar, image-quality or design error.
12. Customer-Provided Content
Where you submit photographs, images, wording, logos, artwork or other content, you confirm that:
-
You own the content or have permission to use it
-
We and our fulfilment partners may use it to process the order
-
It does not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights
-
It is not unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory or discriminatory
-
It does not contain malicious software or harmful code
-
It does not exploit or endanger a child
-
It does not promote criminal or fraudulent activity
You retain ownership of your original content.
You grant us and the service providers involved in fulfilling the order a limited permission to copy, process, resize, print and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested product, manage the order and resolve related issues.
We may refuse or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or applicable law.
13. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency selected or shown.
The total payable amount will be displayed at checkout and may include:
-
Product price
-
Applicable taxes
-
Delivery charges
-
Agreed optional extras
-
Valid discounts
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling the affected item.
We will not add optional charges without your agreement.
14. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless stated otherwise:
-
A code cannot be exchanged for cash
-
A code must be entered before checkout is completed
-
Only one code may be used per order
-
A code may exclude certain products or collections
-
A code may have an expiry date
-
A code cannot normally be applied retrospectively
-
Delivery charges may be excluded
-
Offers are subject to availability
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an error, misuse, fraud or another legitimate reason.
This does not affect orders already accepted under a valid promotion unless the offer was clearly used fraudulently or unlawfully.
15. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment services are provided by Shopify and other third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
You confirm that:
-
The payment information supplied is accurate
-
You are authorised to use the payment method
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available
-
The payment is not fraudulent or unlawful
An order may be delayed or cancelled where payment cannot be authorised or where additional verification is reasonably required.
16. Production and Dispatch
Production estimates are shown in our Delivery Information.
Production and dispatch dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed date with you.
Working days normally mean Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Production may be affected by:
-
Stock availability
-
Order volume
-
Public holidays
-
Printing or manufacturing issues
-
Supplier delays
-
Quality-control checks
-
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will contact you where we become aware of a substantial delay affecting your order.
17. Delivery
Available delivery methods, prices and estimates will be displayed at checkout or explained in our Delivery Information.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are responsible for arranging delivery to the address supplied with the order. Our responsibility for the goods does not automatically end merely because a third-party courier is used.
Delivery estimates begin after production has been completed and the order has been dispatched.
An order may arrive in more than one parcel where products:
-
Are produced at different times
-
Require different printing methods
-
Use different packaging
-
Are fulfilled from different facilities
Please see our Delivery Information for estimated times, tracking, missing parcels, international orders and delivery problems.
18. International Orders
Where international delivery is available, you are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be imported into the destination country.
International orders may be subject to:
-
Customs inspections
-
Import duties
-
Local taxes
-
Handling charges
-
Customs delays
Where these charges have not already been collected at checkout, they are normally the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not control charges imposed by overseas customs or tax authorities.
Your mandatory consumer rights under the law applying to you are not excluded by these terms.
19. Risk and Ownership
You are responsible for a product once it has been delivered to:
-
The delivery address you supplied
-
A person identified by you to receive it
-
A safe place expressly selected or authorised by you
Ownership of the product passes to you once we have received full payment and the product has been delivered.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility where a delivery has not been completed correctly.
20. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please contact us and wait for return instructions before sending a product back.
Do not return products directly to Inkthreadable, another fulfilment provider or an address shown on the original parcel unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
Your statutory rights apply in addition to our store policy.
21. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
Please contact us promptly if a product is:
-
Faulty
-
Damaged
-
Incorrect
-
Misprinted
-
Not as described
-
Unfit for its normal purpose
-
Not of satisfactory quality
We may request photographs and other reasonable information so that we can investigate the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include:
-
Repair
-
Replacement
-
Refund
-
Price reduction
Nothing in these terms restricts remedies available under consumer law.
22. Product Care
You are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on its product page.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
-
Washing contrary to the instructions
-
Using bleach or unsuitable chemicals
-
Ironing directly over a printed design
-
Excessive heat
-
Improper tumble drying
-
Misuse
-
Accidental damage
-
Normal wear and tear
This does not affect your rights where a product was faulty when supplied or did not meet the required legal standard.
23. Mental Health Content
Unfiltered Still Here products may contain messages relating to mental health, emotional wellbeing, resilience and encouragement.
Our products and website content are intended to provide supportive messages and promote conversation. They are not:
-
Medical products
-
Professional healthcare advice
-
A diagnosis
-
Treatment
-
Counselling
-
Crisis support
-
A substitute for qualified professional assistance
Anyone experiencing a medical or mental health emergency should contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare provider.
24. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Unfiltered Still Here.
This includes:
-
Brand names
-
Logos
-
Product designs
-
Illustrations
-
Photographs
-
Written content

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not, without permission:
-
Copy or reproduce our designs
-
Remove branding or copyright notices
-
Sell unauthorised copies of our products
-
Use website content for commercial purposes
-
Scrape or systematically extract website data
-
Claim our content as your own
-
Use our trade marks in a misleading manner
-
Create products based on substantially copied artwork
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design or any related intellectual-property rights.
25. Reviews and Other Submissions
Where you submit a product review, comment, photograph or other voluntary content, you confirm that it:
-
Reflects your genuine experience or opinion
-
Is not deliberately false or misleading
-
Does not infringe another person’s rights
-
Does not contain unlawful, abusive or discriminatory material
-
Does not reveal another person’s private information without permission
-
Does not contain spam, malicious links or advertising unrelated to the product
You retain ownership of your original content.
You grant us a non-exclusive permission to display, reproduce and use the submission in connection with our website and marketing, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we will not suppress a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavourable.
26. Acceptable Use of the Website
You must not use our website:
-
For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
-
To violate another person’s rights
-
To transmit malware or harmful code
-
To interfere with the website’s operation or security
-
To obtain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
-
To collect information about other users without permission
-
To make fraudulent purchases or payment disputes
-
To impersonate another person
-
To send spam or unsolicited advertising
-
To make abusive, threatening or discriminatory communications
We may suspend access, cancel an affected transaction or take appropriate action where these rules are breached.
27. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate account information
-
Keeping your password confidential
-
Restricting access to your device
-
Notifying us of suspected unauthorised use
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, security concerns or a serious breach of these terms.
Closing an account does not remove rights or obligations relating to an existing order.
28. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to services provided by other organisations, including:
-
Shopify
-
Inkthreadable
-
Payment providers
-
Delivery companies
-
Social-media platforms
-
Review providers
-
Analytics services
Third-party websites may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content or independent practices of a third-party website merely because our website contains a link to it.
This does not remove our responsibility for third parties we appoint to perform our obligations to you, such as fulfilling and delivering an order.
29. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that information necessary to process, manufacture and deliver it may be shared with service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, Inkthreadable and delivery companies.
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about:
-
What information we collect
-
How it is used
-
Lawful processing bases
-
Service providers
-
International transfers
-
Retention periods
-
Your data-protection rights
30. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access for:
-
Maintenance
-
Security updates
-
Technical problems
-
Service-provider outages
-
Legal or regulatory reasons
-
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for a temporary interruption that does not prevent us from fulfilling an accepted order or meeting our legal obligations.
31. Our Responsibility to Consumers
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our responsibility for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Breach of your statutory consumer rights
-
Defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded
-
Any other matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence or was contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.
We are not normally responsible for losses that:
-
Were not foreseeable
-
Were caused by inaccurate information supplied by you
-
Resulted from misuse or failure to follow product instructions
-
Are business losses arising from a consumer purchase
-
Were caused by events outside our reasonable control, except where the law places responsibility on us
These terms do not affect remedies provided by consumer law.
32. Business Purchases
The products on our website are primarily offered to consumers for personal use.
Where you purchase wholly or mainly for business, trade, craft or professional purposes, some consumer-law protections may not apply.
Business customers should contact us before placing a large-volume, wholesale or resale order. Separate written terms may be required.
33. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as:
-
Severe weather
-
Natural disaster
-
Fire or flood
-
War or civil disturbance
-
Transport disruption
-
Postal or courier disruption
-
Industrial action
-
Epidemic or pandemic restrictions
-
Telecommunications failure
-
Government action
-
Major supplier or production failure
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and will contact you where an accepted order is materially affected.
If an event prevents fulfilment for an unreasonable period, either party may be entitled to end the affected contract. Where appropriate, we will refund products that cannot be supplied.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect:
-
Changes to our products or services
-
Changes to our business practices
-
Legal or regulatory requirements
-
Changes to Shopify or other service providers
-
Security or technical developments
The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an accepted order.
35. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited only to the extent necessary.
The remaining terms will continue to apply.
36. Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
37. Transfer of Rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, for example if the business is sold or reorganised.
Any transfer will not reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
You may transfer your rights under an order where the law permits it or where we agree in writing.
38. Third-Party Rights
These terms are between you and Unfiltered Still Here.
Except where the law expressly provides otherwise, no other person has the right to enforce these terms.
39. Governing Law and Courts
These terms and contracts made through our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory protections available under the law applying where you live.
Consumers may normally bring legal proceedings in the courts applicable to the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
We encourage customers to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve a concern, but this does not restrict your right to pursue another lawful remedy.
