Unfiltered Still Here is an online store offering print-on-demand clothing, accessories and gifts designed to promote mental health awareness, kindness and positivity.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products

Every product is made to order specifically for you.

As a result:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.

• Product placement and sizing may vary slightly between items.

• Minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

We make every effort to display our products accurately but cannot guarantee that your device will display colours exactly as printed.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We accept secure payment methods available during checkout.

6. Order Processing

As our products are made to order:

• Production usually begins shortly after your order is placed.

• Because products can enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes to the selected size, colour, design, delivery address or other order details will be possible once production has started. This does not affect any applicable statutory cancellation or return rights described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

8. Returns and Refunds

Most standard products sold by Unfiltered Still Here use our existing designs and are not personalised, even though they are printed individually after an order is placed.

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, customers may cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving a reason. After notifying us of the cancellation, the product must be returned within a further 14 calendar days.

Customers are normally responsible for the cost of returning products when cancelling because they have changed their mind, ordered the wrong size or no longer require the product.

The right to cancel does not normally apply to products that are clearly personalised, customised or made to customer-supplied specifications, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
